Somewhere on the surface of the moon . . .

Charlemagne "Charlie" Fotheringham-Grunes, the apprentice saviour of the universe, has
been asked to find the source of mysterious signals from the Moon which turn out to be a black
monolith. Charlie promptly volunteers for the task of going to the Moon and finding the monolith.

Nodes of Yesod is an action-adventure game that spans 256 screens. There is no scrolling,
the screens are displayed using the flick-screen method.
In the form of astronaut Charlemagne
"Charlie" Fotheringham-Grunes, the player roams a cave system beneath the surface of the
moon, which is inhabited by hostile creatures of various kinds.
He can be accompanied and
supported by a mole-like lunar resident who digs passages between neighboring caves.
The
aim of the game is to collect a total of 8 keys in this labyrinth and use them to gain access to
a monolith inside the moon in order to ultimately turn off the telltale radio signals emanating
from there.
